Guest DT Bimba Bambolimba

Hello everyone!

Joining us this weekend as a guest designer is our first place winner of Sami Stamps Challenge #027, Bimba Bambolimba!

"I started crafting about 2 years ago during my maternity. My daughter was my inspiration and was the reason to begin with stamping and card making. What I have created up to now is not too much but is done with all my love and craft passion. I become a keen stamper and I hope I will have enough time for card making. Still I am trying different materials and techniques. I can not say I have my own style. Sometimes I prefer to create something similar to CAS, and sometimes – something cute or funny…But what I like the most is to add a lot of handmade flowers on my projects, a lot lace and distressed papers. I like shabby chic and vintage appearance, elements and accents.

Bimba created a beautiful card for us today useing Sami Stamps image "Little Cloud Angel" from our most recent release "Little Angels." I just love the sparkly blue background! It feels as if our little angel is among the stars!

Bimba's project also works as great inspiration for our current challenge to "Frame It!" Do yourself a favor this weekend and get lost in a little bit of crafting!

Sami Stamps Challenge #28 Winners!

I absolutely love watercolor so this image instantly caught my eye! I love it! I love the color palette, I love the layout, and I love the sentiment! Great project! JanR used Sami Stamps image "Butterfly 2."

I am a big fan of clean looking projects. I chose this project not only because its layout looks great and the coloring is beautiful but because of her fulfillment of the challenge to use "Two different patterned papers." The two papers she chose are so different that they compliment each other! One is quiet and simple, and the other is loud and colorful.
